Hi, I'm Tori Hewitt
My career started very differently to what it is now. I worked in the travel and tourism industry which was great but just didn’t work around family life. I took up studying with AAT and found myself in an accounts assistant role. I worked my way up from there and have worked with various large firms looking after their finances. I loved working with the larger organisations especially when it meant that I could travel around Europe.
However, my instinct kept telling me that I should start my own bookkeeping and accountancy practice. Not only would that fit around my family life but it would also mean I’d get to work with clients I enjoyed working with and that I could make a difference to their businesses.
From charities to the construction industry and hospitality. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients so have the experience and knowledge to understand your business finances. We love introducing new processes to our clients to make them more efficient and productive so that they can concentrate on what they’re good at.

Outside of work life is never quiet, as well as four children we have three dogs, four cats and a small flock of hens. The majority of these pets have been rescues and they all keep us very busy. Three of the hens are ex-battery hens, and one of the dogs spent the first few years of her life living on the streets of Athens, she sadly has a terminal illness and needs some additional TLC.
I love running but have not been doing much running in the last couple of years due to an injury, but it’s my aim to get back into it this year. Just like our bodies need looking after, so do your finances!
Oh and my business name! My two younger sons bought me a metal Oryx for mother’s day in 2021 and I loved it that much, it became my logo and part of my company name!
